Welcome to team GLOW weekly schedule. Join us 6 times a week for 20-46 minute sessions or choose your workout days based on your schedule. Our workouts are a mix of Glow Sculpt & Stretching classes with minimal equipment. Each week, we have:
5x a week Glow Sculpt classes
1x a week Stretch & Release class.

For active rest days I encourage you to enjoy other activities like walking, running, padel, swimming, dancing, and more. See you on the mat!
