WEEKLY WORKOUTS

Join us three times a week for 20-30 minute sessions. Our workouts are a mix of full-body strength training, gymnastics, and stretching. Each week, we focus on full-body strength training twice and gymnastics once. For active rest days, we’ll guide you to shorter 10-15 minute workouts and journaling exercises from our library, or encourage you to enjoy other activities like walking, running, padel, swimming, dancing, and more. See you on the mat!
