WEEKLY SCHEDULE 30-MINUTES

Join us 6 times a week for 10-30 minute sessions. Our workouts are a mix of full-body at-home Strength, Sculpt and Alignment- focused trainings.
Each week, we have:
3x Strength, Sleek, Sculpt classes
2x a week Glow Sculpt
1x a week Open & Align class.

For active rest days, I’ll guide you to shorter 10-15 minute workouts or encourage you to enjoy other activities like walking, running, padel, swimming, dancing, and more. See you on the mat!
