Over the next 7 days, we’ll focus on building toned, stronger abs and giving your core the attention it needs.
Each day, you’ll have a new 10-minute workout—short but highly effective. These exercises are designed for all fitness levels, and you can always modify them to suit your needs. Add weights for a challenge or do fewer reps if needed. Listen to your body and remember: progress takes time. Stay patient and consistent, because consistency is the key to success!
